Micro-needling is a non-surgical, 𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒏 technique that creates controlled induction of the skin’s self-repair process by making deliberate micro injuries to the skin with a specifically designed tool that uses 𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒚 needles to puncture the skin (it’s not as scary as it sounds), triggering the skins healing response and 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒏 production.

Dermaplaning is the exfoliation of dry, dead skin using a surgical scalpel. A build up of dead skin can clog pores and hair follicles, which can cause pimple outbreaks but also prevent your skincare products from effectively penetrating your skin, product absorption can be improved by up to 80% following a Dermaplane Facial making it an excellent treatment for clients with dry skin or those prone to breakouts that are non acne related. If you have active acne, unfortunately this treatment will not be suitable. 

The Vellus hair (commonly know as Peach fuzz) is also removed during the treatment. Your skin will be left feeling completely smooth and becomes an excellent canvass for make-up applications, a must have treatment if you have a special occasion planned!

You can combine Dermaplaning and a Chemical Peel during your appointment, your skin is able to more deeply absorb and benefit from a Chemical Peel to treat a variety of skin complaints, this can be discussed during a skin analysis and consultation.

A chemical peel is a dermo-cosmetic procedure for skin regeneration in a controlled manner through application of acids. The peeling action causes the elimination of external layers of the skin with the objective of stimulating collagen production & repair.
