Please read through the guidance below before booking your appointment


Bethan Louise Studio takes hygiene and safety protocols very seriously, we appreciate our client's assistance in keeping the studio a safe place to visit  and ask that you notify the studio as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment due to illness.

Appointments

FRESHA APPOINTMENT SOFTWARE

ONLINE BOOKING

Book your appointment online via Facebook, Instagram or the studio website. Select a time and date at your convenience! Clients can manage or amend their bookings at any time. 

DEPOSITS

We require a 30-50% deposit when booking your appointment, this is non-negotiable. You can pay for the remainder of your appointment with card-less checkout at the end of your appointment, with our card reader on in cash if you have the correct amount is given.

CARD CAPTURE

Card capture will require clients to save your card details with the Fresha appointment software when booking or paying for services online. this is a studio 'no-show' protection feature and is mandatory for all bookings. if this is something that you are unhappy with, the studio is more than happy to recommend other therapists.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 72 hours before the booking, your deposit is non-refundable within the 72 hour window. No shows will incur a full charge for the treatment booked.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

Clients receive SMS and email reminders 48 hours before their appointment.

CONSULTATION FORMS

Consultation forms tailored to your individual treatment & covid health screening forms will be included with a link in your 48 hour SMS reminder.

CARDLESS CHECKOUT

Any client who has saved a card will automatically have it added as a payment type at checkout, this makes 'cardless checkout' the easiest and cleanest way for clients to pay for an appointment!  

SECURITY

Fresha is a Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Service Provider. This is the highest standard of card information security possible, so you can rest assured that your data is secure. 

SECURE PAYMENTS

Fresha uses the same security standards that banks use when taking payments online. Payment data is encrypted to protect from hackers and fraud, and we don’t store any credit card data in Fresha – we follow strict Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) guidelines to keep your credit card information safe and secure AND do NOT access or share any of your data unless required by law.
