Rescheduling requests are required 72 hours before your appointment. Cancellations on the day of your treatment will require full payment. Please note that deposits are non refundable but transferable up to 72 hours before your appointment.

The studio is closed on weekends, emails and enquiries will not be seen on the days that we are not operational.
Please be aware that there is a 48 working hour response time to emails, the studio will reply as soon as possible but it may take slightly longer during busy periods and bank holidays.
